Alessandra kitchen crafts x Alessandra Delivery Lab

What an amazing afternoon! We made ravioli with our work team, and Alessandra showed us her work. We made the ravioli with ricotta/ spinach filling. Thank you so much for this experience, I hope to order some pasta from you in the future, because what you made (the delicious focacia and the rice dish) will stay with me for a long time. Thank you for the delicious food from Puglia!

I spent an enjoyable afternoon with Alessandra who showed us how to make fresh orecchiette. Her passion is clear and combining that with the knowledge and technique made the experience unique. The vibe was great, a small group, music in the backhand, great food and drinks, I felt immediately home. Thanks!!! I will definitely check your program and join another one soon

I attended a workshop where we prepared gnocchi sorrentina with Alessandra and she is absolutely the best! She is not only fun and super kind but also a fantastic teacher and an expert chef 🤍 Her passion for cooking is contagious and the gnocchi we made were the best I have ever tasted! I learned so much and had an amazing time so I will definitely be back!

Alessandra is top! She will bring you into one of unique Italian food experiences from the south, of Italy and more ✨✨✨ Don’t not miss her cooking workshops😍

I have followed the Orecchiette workshop at newest location of Alessandra. Very nice atmosphere, Alessandra assists you very well during the lesson, high quality products from Puglia and delicious focaccia made by Alessandra, one of the best I have tried so far! Highly recommended!

We have hired Alessandra to organize a pasta workshop for our daughter’s birthday. Alessandra did a amazing job in managing a group of 10 teenagers. She was also open to adjust based on our wishes. The food was great, the kids had fun and the parents were very relaxed. The location of the workshop is also very nice. Spacious with light and easy to park. Alessandra has a great energy and makes it very easy to connect. I will definitely recommend her.

We had a fun night with our team - thanks to. Alessandra. We had a fresh pasta cooking session with nice dessert. Whole night was full of nice talk-joy-great food and sharing. Grazie mille Alessandra!!!
